Philip Greenspun, who has been must-reading this Fall.

This is Robert Caponi, “32 year old musician from Greensborough, NC”, quoted in a Wall Street Journal article detailing the return of male-cleavage (or “heavage”) revealing attire. Caponi, quotation not-withstanding, is portrayed as a booster of the fashion.
The digerati aren’t the only one’s enamored of Twitter. Turns out street gangs have found the platform a useful tool—and valuable turf to occupy.
